My Story

I am training to embark on an epic adventure this mid-October, where I'll be challenging myself to hike from the foot of Mt. Everest to the Everest Base Camp, a whopping 5,364 metres (17,598 feet) of elevation! It's going to be a wild and tough 12-day trek, covering over 130 kilometres of sweat, grit and a little bit of fear! I've been training for the past few months to conquer this!

I am raising funds for a cause that is very close to my heart. Having worked in children's services, I want to support an initiative that benefits children and young people. The CHFT Charity's Ray of Sunshine Campaign aims to enhance the care and experiences of children, young people, and their families who utilise the services at CHFT, by fulfilling their wishes and providing ongoing support during times of illness, as well as aiding them within the community.

I truly believe that your support will motivate and inspire me to complete this journey, and I promise to keep you in the loop with updates. Remember, no donation is too small - every little bit helps to bring those rays of sunshine. Let's do this together!
